At first sign in to your Skype account . then click Tools key at the top of your Skype application and choose Options Or just press ctrl + , key to open option page . A pop up page is available as Skype options . then at the left side of the pop up page there exists a side bar called Privacy . Right now select or click on privacy then at the right side of the page you will see a button as show advance options , now click on show advanced options . then click on clear history button . after that another dialog box will open to confirm delete all the conversation history , so click on delete to clear off all the message from your Skype permanently .
